I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right next to the lively city area and very near to the bus stop. The rooms with a kitchenette were cozy and had a fan to keep me comfortable. The service from the friendly staff, including the security guard, was exceptional, but unfortunately, the management and front desk were not as attentive. The dining experience with included scones was delightful, although room service could have been more efficient. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed during my stay.
